As the Lead Creative for Urban Outfitters UK & Europe, I define the brand’s visual identity by translating UO’s DNA into compelling, multi-channel storytelling. My role is centred on aligning creative strategy with broader business objectives, overseeing the end-to-end execution of all visual assets across e-commerce, social, CRM, retail, and wholesale. By building and leading a high-performing creative team and fostering deep cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Product leadership. I champion brand excellence at every touchpoint-ensuring our seasonal concepts remain culturally resonant and drive global growth.
